Terms and conditions

If
horse is retired for the season, members will receive refund on pro
rata basis. The syndicate leases the horses until December 31st 2009
and members have no equitable interest in their value. 6 free days
racing excludes major race days except the Stan James Guineas Festival.
Members must agree to reclaim VAT. Updates are via email or phone
if no internet. Shares sold on a first come first serve basis, and
payment must be made within seven days of request to join.
